Why is email verification required?

Where can I view past orders?
Sign in and open My orders to see every order you have placed.

How do I track my seed order?
Open Track & Support, enter your order number and registered email to see packing and courier status.
Can I cancel before dispatch?
Yes — submit a cancellation request from the order status page while packing is in progress. After courier hand-off, our return policy applies.
When will I get a confirmation email?
Immediately after checkout succeeds. Prepaid orders are routed to the payment gateway; confirmation follows gateway approval.
What if my PIN code is not serviceable?
Checkout will flag unavailable zones. Contact us with your PIN — we will confirm alternate courier options where possible.
How are seeds packed for transit?
Each order ships in a moisture-barrier foil pouch, boxed with inner wrap for fine seed. Labels carry SKU and HSN 1209 classification.

We supply sowing-grade HSN 1209 seed for planting. Outcomes depend on soil, season, and care — germination is not guaranteed.

Is there a COD surcharge?
Eligible COD orders include a flat ₹49 courier fee shown at checkout before you confirm.
