Why is email verification required?
OTP confirmation ensures shipping alerts, invoices, and support replies reach the inbox tied to your order — not a mistyped address.
Where can I view past orders?
Sign in and open My orders to see every order you have placed.
I did not receive my OTP.
Check spam folders first. Use the resend option on the account page. If it still fails, contact us via Contact or Track & Support.
How do I track my seed order?
Open Track & Support, enter your order number and registered email to see packing and courier status.
Can I cancel before shipping?
Yes — submit a cancellation request from the order status page while packing is in progress. After courier hand-off, our return policy applies.
When will I get a confirmation email?
Immediately after checkout succeeds. Prepaid orders are routed to the payment gateway; confirmation follows gateway approval.
What if my PIN code is not serviceable?
Checkout will flag unavailable zones. Contact us with your PIN — we will confirm alternate courier options where possible.
How are seeds packed for transit?
Each order ships in a moisture-barrier foil pouch, boxed with inner wrap for fine seed. Labels carry SKU and HSN 1209 classification.
Wrong or damaged pack received?
Photograph the pack within 48 hours and file via Track & Support. See our return policy for what we can cover.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes — prepaid orders ship free where courier coverage allows. Read the full shipping policy.
Are germination rates guaranteed?
We supply sowing-grade HSN 1209 seed for planting. Results depend on soil, season, and care — germination is not guaranteed.
Which payment modes are accepted?
UPI and online payment gateways, plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Prepaid orders always ship free.
Is there a COD surcharge?
Eligible COD orders include a flat ₹49 courier fee shown at checkout before you confirm.
