Article 3 — What we sell
Listings describe sowing-grade seed packs (HSN 1209) intended for planting. They are not food items, nutritional supplements, or guaranteed crop yields. Results depend on soil, climate, watering, and how you grow them.
Article 4 — Your account
Checkout may require email OTP verification. You are responsible for the login details on your account. Orders placed while you are signed in are treated as authorised by you.
Article 5 — Pricing and stock
Prices display in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout. Stock is updated regularly; if an item becomes unavailable after payment, A.Z TRADERS will offer a substitute, store credit, or refund under the return policy.
Article 6 — Lawful use
Purchased seeds must be used for lawful personal or agricultural sowing under applicable seed, phytosanitary, and local cultivation rules.
Article 7 — Liability limits
To the extent permitted under Indian law, A.Z TRADERS is not liable for crop failure, bad weather, pest damage, or other indirect losses beyond the value of the disputed order.
