Rule 2 — After dispatch
Once a parcel is with the carrier, cancellation is not available. Refer to the Return Compass for post-delivery concerns.
Rule 3 — Multi-item orders
Partial cancellation may be possible only while packing is in progress. Sealed parcels follow standard dispatch rules.
Rule 4 — Account restrictions
A.Z TRADERS may limit COD or checkout privileges for accounts with repeated invalid cancellation requests.
